As Senior Trainer at CLI John delivers PCMK Certification Programs as well as CLI's Big Eight programs to corporate and government on topics such as Sales, Leadership Mastery and Team Success.

He has been instrumental in CLI's growth including winning the Award for Innovation from the Victoria Chamber of Commerce and in launching CLI's new Licensing Programs.

Since 1999 John has helped CLI to revamp the business.

John is a student and teacher ....

John loves to laugh, enjoys the great outdoors and is a meditative gardener and golfer.

John has also volunteered thousands of hours with organizations such as Kinsmen Clubs, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, MS Society, and the Veselka Ukrainian Dance Association.

John is an accredited coach via The International Coach Federation and President of the local ICF Chapter in Victoria, BC Canada.

His long work history within corporate has been a major catalyst for the development of CLI's 70+ award-winning scientifically engineered processes called PCMK , Power Coaching with Mind-Kinetics in terms of their ability to make logical sense to executives and employees from all walks of life.

John's 25 progressive years in corporate and entrepreneurial endeavours included successful positions in sales, marketing, finance and senior management capacities with both local and international organizations where he achieved great successes such as winning the 100% Club President's Award as well as the 100 % Club Director's Award, coaching a direct report sales rep to win the 100% Club Director's Award and topping the $1,000,000 threshold in regional service revenue.

John graduated with Honours from the Canadian Institute of Management conducted via the University of Western Ontario.

In addition he continues to enjoy the lessons learned from the Covey Leadership Centre.

His greatest joys are his beautiful brilliant wife Betska and amazing daughter Tania.
